These companies are actively seeking to develop business links with British designers.

The French Trade Commission in London, in collaboration with the Association for the Promotion of Clothing Manufacturers in Western France (APHO), will hold a French Fashion Day in London on 20 April 2011. The event will take place at Le Méridien Piccadilly Hotel in Central London from 9.00am to 6.30pm.

The French Fashion Day will showcase the expertise of contract clothing manufacturers who produce prêt-à-porter and couture collections for leading French and international designers including Chloe, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga and Christian Dior.

The list of the participants can be found below, and a full catalogue can be sent on request. Journalists wishing to attend ought to contact Ms Mary-Ann Williams, Press Officer at the French Trade Commission in London.

Indeed, it is the sixth year that the event is being held.”
