The core of our success is through combining elements from ballet class, pilates, stretching, dance and fitness with a unique range of NLP exercises, to ensure the mind & body connection really does make a tangible difference to the way you look and feel, whatever your age or level of fitness. Working with individuals in either private individual or small group classes, our teachers are highly trained professionals with years of experience in developing grace and form for top level performances. Students find the exercises progressive and very rewarding, developing graceful posture, core strength, flexibility, tone, balance and coordination, within a safe fun social environment. Our goal is to ensure you feel and see the effects of ballet sculpturing from day one. No previous experience in ballet or fitness is necessary to join our classes, start by attending a trial class or booking an individual assessment session for specific goals.
