 Group personal training sessions give you everything that a one to one session provides but with up to three of your friends and with a slight discount too. The AJ Personal Training system combines scientifically proven personal training methods such as weights and cardio workouts with traditional Muay Thai kickboxing training techniques. Sessions can combine weight training, Calisthenics (using your own body weight resistance) to help tone the body and increase speed and power and using pads to learn boxing and Thai boxing techniques helping to work the whole body.
