 Bootcamp Kickboxing Style combines traditional fitness elements such as running, resistance exercises and circuits with kickboxing techniques including punches, kicks, knees and elbows ensuring a full body workout.

Bootcamp sessions are £8 per session or 10 sessions for £75.

Green park - Morning sessions
Morning training sessions are available at Green Park on a Wednesday and a Friday from 8am-8.45am. Get you day off to a flying start and still leave time to grab a shower before work.

Mudchute park - Lunchtime sessions
Lunchtime sessions are available in Mudchute Park (Canary Wharf) on a Tuesday and a Thursday from 12.30-1.15pm. A forty five minute lunch time cardio blast.
