I have been interested in Complementary Therapy since the 1980s. It became a realisation in my own life, and through my own personal experiences of anguishes, that we need to treat the root cause of a problem - not the manifesting symptom. As Dr Edward Bach would say, When were happy in our mind, were happy in our body. In 1996 I was attuned to Reiki Healing at just the right time when I needed it most. This took me on an amazing journey of discovery, unfolding many different unique therapies which complemented all that I wanted to achieve to help others. I believe that the therapies came into my life at the right time and over many years have helped to encourage people how to help themselves, by treating them holistically with a variety of complementary approaches. We are like a car, which needs regular maintenance, I try to look at prevention before cure, and believe that we need to take as much responsibility for our health as we possibly can, avoid the chemical industries as much we can (as the body does not respond naturally to chemicals), and live as naturally and as organically as we can and live a clean life. 21st Century living needs 21st Century technology and I can offer this. We now live in a fast-paced, stressful world, and many people need help to cope with this. The toxins, environment, food we eat, lifestyle we lead, emotions we hold onto, all contribute to how we feel. The range of complementary therapies I use can bring sense and peace to your lifestyle.
