All of our personal fitness tuition starts with an initial consultation during which we will discuss your health and fitness aims and set short term and long term goals.
During the consultation we will discuss any barriers that are affecting your fitness and health goals whether they be physical, habit-based or due to false information/ beliefs.
The aim of personal fitness tuition is not necessarily to assist you with your exercise regime on a long term basis. The majority of clients merely need a kick-start to get them motivated and heading towards their desired goals, though you may need a jump-start from time-to-time to keep you on track.
At TOUGHEN UP we are able to design different programmes based on your likes to help you toward achieving your fitness goals and keep you motivated whilst you train. There is nothing more off-putting than knowing you have to do the same routine day after day, week after week. Regularly changing the exercise routines and intensity keeps the motivation level high and the results will speak for themselves in no time at all.
