The Rivers of Africa is a 41 day overland safari from Kampala, Uganda to Livingstone, Zambia, and also travels through Rwanda, Tanzania, and Malawi.  Occassionally this safari also incorporates Zimbabwe.     The safari starts at the Nile and ends at the Zambezi, two of Africas mightiest rivers. Together they provide a multitude to activities including white water rafting, bungee jumping, kayaking, zip wires, flying fox and abseiling,

In  Rwanda you can have the opportunity to trek to see endangered mountain gorilla's.  In Tanzania you can witness interactions between predators and prey on Serengeti's grassy plains, and experience the majestic elephants and giraffe in the Ngorongoro crater.  Zanzibar Island is the place to take time to relax on the beaches, go scuba diving or snorkelling on Mnemba Atoll, visit Jozani Forest to see the red colobus or  wander the streets of  historic Stonetown.

Malawi is the"warm heart of Africa" and it's people welcome you into theri village for a traditional meal and entertainment.  It is here that people bargain hardest for curio's in the roadside markets.
