Pilates coaching in the north Lincoln area.  Pilates is a fantastic exercise which promotes core strength and is great for back care.  Many health professionals recommend pilates for people who suffer with back problems and who need to increase core strength.  Pilates increases mobility around a joint without straining the joint structure.

In many instances back ache comes from a lack of core strength and an imbalance of the musculature.  Pilates can restore a body to balance therefore easing back ache.  Core strength means an increase in abdominal, back and pelvic muscles.  It is equally important to increase mobility to promote back care as tight muscles cause imbalances in the body which prevent proper alignment of the spine.
