Our interview and benchmark assessment of each suitable applicant. Psychometric evaluations conducted if applicable. Shortlist produced and presented to client. Interviews arranged, candidates and clients prepped. Candidates and clients debriefed and comments relayed. References checked and second and subsequent interviews arranged. Offers made, negotiated and counter offers managed. Transitioning, assignment report and invoice presented.
