Logiktree Associates Ltd offers a range of off the peg and bespoke management and leadership development programmes.  We take an innovative approach to development, blending short training programmes for manages at different levels in the organisation - new managers, team leaders and more experienced managers - with targeted coaching and mentoring support to help managers implement the changes they need to achieve their develop aims and the company's objectives.

The Manager As Coach Programme
According to the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development's Learning and Development Survey 2009, 47% of its respondents rated coaching by line managers was one of the most effective learning and development practices in the work place.  This is because a coach works with an individual to build a supportive relationship.  The coach tailors a personal development plan for their protégé which includes not only the development of new skills but also includes developing the attitudes, knowledge and experience that will enable them to become a more effective employee or manager.  This programme takes place over 3 consecutive months and requires participants to have a volunteer protégé from their workplace to work with.   The course covers:  
▪ Understanding what mentoring and coach are and what they are not
▪ The coaching and mentoring process
▪ Ethics ▪ Understanding yourself and others
▪ Introduction to coaching and mentoring techniques
▪ Making a coaching and mentoring action plan and putting it into action
▪ Peer mentoring and review   
Small groups guaranteed. Price includes a light refreshments, lecture notes and study pack, and a completion certificate. This course requires a minimum of 4 people to run.

Our executive coaching is commercial, pragmatic and highly focused.  Our coaches build strong working partnerships with clients based on trust , ethics and mutual respect.  Our programme is designed to support executives in maximising performance in what is often a challenging and lonely world.   Using validated coaching and mentoring techniques supported by our unique Coaching Cube the coach challenges the thinking and assumptions that are preventing the client from achieving their goals without criticism or judgement.    Coaching objectives are agreed early on in each assignment, and include  both short term goals and longer term aspirations.
