Exercise classes are a fun way to exercise. You can meet other people with similar goals and enjoy working in a group environment. All my classes are packed with variety to help you achieve your individual goals, and are suitable for all abilities and ages (16+).
Aerobics = burns the calories! Easy and hard options to pick from. New routine every 3 weeks, giving you time to learn and progress it, but keeping you on your toes so you don't get bored.
Legsbumstums = a workout covering all muscles from the waist downwards, designed to strengthen and tone. Different exercises every class, easier and harder options throughout.
Pilates = working the mond and body as one with control. Focusing on working through the core muscles. Good for mobility, flexibility, posture, toning, releasing tension.
