    * A named dedicated support representative witha direct email address and a mobile phone number, who will deal with all your requests for support
    * Access to our support ticket system which will track all your open calls so that you can instantly see the progress on any support request
    * Remote Support - Your computers will be installed with award winning remote support software enabling us to fix the problem instantly over the internet
    * 2 (working)hours response for all remote support requests placed, montly contract rate halfed for current month if call has gone out of responce due to our fault.
    * Onsite Support - Your dedicated support staff will visit you onsite if required for hardware and faults not feasible to fix over remote.
