We have 2 aerobics and class studios which hold a variety of different activities and classes catering for all ages, fitness and confidence levels.
The main aerobics studio is used to teach our larger group training classes which include spin, step, aerobics, total tone, Pilates, pump & yoga. For something a bit different why not join us for Zumba or ballroom dancing.
The 2nd studio has a padded floor and has different bags for punching, kicking and speed work. This studio is ideal for boxing circuits, skipping, abs blasts, kettlebell classes and medicine ball work.
