BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is a well established holistic assessment for understanding and maximising how sustainable a building project can be. BREEAM sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the de facto measure used to define a building's environmental performance. We employ in house BREEAM Accredited Professionals (BREEAM AP) and BREEAM licensed assessors and auditors under BRE Global Certification number BAUD0398, BREEAM AP0049 and AP0158 to complete assessments that we are licensed for such as: BREEAM domestic refurbishments, offices, industrial, education, healthcare, higher education, international, multi-residential, in-use, bespoke, other buildings, courts, prisons, data centres and retail buildings.
