We offer a bespoke funding solution through our contacts with senior debt, mezzanine and bridging funders in the UK.
This could provide up to 75% of land costs & up to 100% of build costs (subject to a maximum of 75% of GDV).
Applicants will certainly be expected to contribute some cash to the purchase, determined case by case.
Apartment schemes considered.
Part completed developments considered.
Applicants must be experienced and show good financial standing.
Funds available from £100k to £5m, for up to 36 months.
