Aussie is now available at stud.  He is a stunning liver and white springer from excellent working lines with in excess of 30 FTCH in his pedigree.
He is microchipped, KC registered and he has been DNA tested clear of Fucosidosis, and GPRA-Cord 1 which means he will neither develop these conditions or pass them on to his offspring.  This is vital when considering the health and welfare of your future puppies.  Health test results can be checked via the Kennel Club website, simply click the logo below and enter Austins kennel name which is Verstone Trickster at Blacheborne.
He is a striking looking, strong, healthy, and active dog who is simply a pleasure to own and train.  He has been our most instinctive dog, whose training has been less of a challenge, a great nose, natural retriever, with a nice hunting style.  He is fantastic with our other dogs, and very little distracts or offends him. It has also recently been discovered that Austin carries the rare Tri-colour gene, so if mated to the right bitch can, and has, produced tri-coloured puppies.  These puppies are extremely rare in the working gun dog strain, and we are happy to have them in our kennel.
