We currently have state of the art 12 and 24 head traverse wound bobbin machines on site. Both machines are capable of converting extensible / non extensible, adhesive / non adhesive substrates from 2mm through to 40mm width. This technique gives the converter the advantage to change from conventional pancakes (pads) to a bobbin. In most cases the bobbin meterage can be as much as 15 times the linear metres normally contained on a pancake. To assist in the transition of pads to bobbins, we can supply various de-spooling equipment that take the bobbin to a take-off point which enables the tape to be fed straight into the relevant conversion machine. Foils can also be used to print in the conversion of plastic bags.
