Personal Training at Kickstart greatly improved my general fitness and stamina. It helped me with my weightloss and every part of me has toned up. It increased my confidence and has encouraged me to take up exercise in other forms such as group classes and bootcamp with kickstart personal training! I started with Kickstart as I wanted to slim down into my dream wedding dress, & get fitter so I could take part in Race for Life. My PT set targets & goals for me to work too, which was motivating & a great way to stay focused. Having training sessions at home made the process easier & I could work it around my time. My PT constantly kept me motivated & I gained amazing results - the feeling of going to a dress fitting & being able to fasten the zip was amazing!!!
