Reporting whereby environmental consultants certify that remedial works have been carried out at a site in accordance with a remedial method statement (that has previously been agreed with the regulators).  Such a report would normally reference supporting documentation to the works (such as photographic evidence, specifications for materials used, validatory testing and disposal tickets) and would document any variations to what had been originally anticipated.
