Energy Performance Certificates contain information on the building's energy use and carbon dioxide emissions using information on 'what's in the building' such as boilers, insulation etc. They also contain a recommendation report which consists of improvements that can be made including possible cost savings per year if the improvement was to be made.
All properties, domestic and commercial, require an energy performance certificate if they are being marketed for let or sale.
Our assessors are accredited for domestic properties and commercial properties up to Level 5.
