Everyone is entitled to a free consultation, which lasts about 30-60 minutes. We will discuss your exercise and dietary habits of the past and present, you tell me what your goals are, and I work out the most efficient plan of action for you.
I run you through a number of fitness tests to find out where you are regarding your health and fitness. You decide on how detailed you want this to be. If you decide to take action and start a training programme with me you can choose from the following options.
Let me know your goals and I’ll focus your session around it, fat burning, endurance training, functional training, flexibility or body building. All sessions are pre-planned to match your needs.
Complete body MOT & 12 week tailor made fitness plan, including 1 session per week with me and a recommended nutrition plan.
We train on a specific day of the week and I put together a plan for the days that I’m not with you. We also do monthly fitness progress checks to make sure things are moving in the right direction. These sessions actually work out much cheaper than individual ones, and are ideal if you are preparing for a wedding/holiday ect. All I ask from you in return is 100% determination, and that you put faith in yourself and see the programme through to the end.
Train with a friend for just £5 extra per session.
