Policy and Procedures
Provision of suitable policies and procedures to enable safe systems to be
in place to control hazards, based on best practice and generally follow the
HSE guidelines laid down in HS(G) 65.
Safe Systems of Work
Assisting or developing safe systems of work in conjunction with clients,
including the provision of risk assessments and method statements.
Reviews of current systems to ensure clients have the procedures in place to
implement their measurement of their performance.
Assisting clients to audit and review their performance in complying with their
management systems culminating in ‘traffic light’ style report.
