Counselling for young people

By: Counselling Southeast  02/03/2011
Keywords: anxiety, psychotherapy, depression

Young people often experience difficult and confusing emotions and they can sometimes find it hard to talk about them to someone they know. Often it is easier to speak to someone in confidence outside of friends and family. I have worked with young people for many years, of all ages, and have a wide range of experience of the issues young people bring. These include eating disorders, self-harm, anxiety, panic attacks, abuse and trauma from serious illness and relationship difficulties. Talking to a Qualified Counsellor should be positive experience for young people, a place where they feel listened to and grow more confident in themselves and that is what we offer. Talk to us, or email, for more information.
