Emporium Parties, the leading children’s party played a special role in Friday’s royal wedding celebrations by joining forces with the UK’s biggest selling newspaper, The Sun, to commemorate the marriage of HRH Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Emporium Parties was invited to bring its children’s entertainment expertise to help The Sun’s Sevenoaks Big Red Bus Bash street party go with a swing. Emporium supplied a team of experienced face painters and balloon modellers to keep the smiles on children’s faces during the festivities. Given its association with the no1 newspaper in the UK, the event proved incredibly popular with face painters whipping throughapprox 100 children in just two hours, and modelling over 300 balloons.

Emporium, which was first established twelve years ago and launched as a franchise in late 2009, delivers music & dance based / makeover & beauty based or action based parties to children ranging from three years old to teenagers. The company enjoys a high profile reputation for boasting an unrivalled standard of excellence across its portfolio of themed parties. Commenting on The Sun event, founder Karen Friend says “We were thrilled to be asked to take part and it was a real honour to be involved in a pivotal celebration to mark the Royal Wedding. Given the Middleton family’s connections with the party industry, we were especially keen to prove our experience and expertise in the children’s entertainment business and our representatives at the Big Red Bash Street Party in Sevenoaks certainly did us proud”.
