10 week beginners running courses

We are starting three new beginners running groups in September:-

20 September at 9.00-9.15am meeting outside Bridge Post Office, Bridge     
                                                                                                                                                                                                 
24 September at 6.30pm meeting outside Barton Road Post Office, Canterbury  
    
                                                                                                                                                                                     28 September at 6.30pm meeting at The Cedars Surgery, Marine Road, Walmer, Nr Deal     

Beginners can expect a 10 week programme with the aim of reaching a level of fitness that will enable them to jog for 30 minutes without stopping at the end of the 10
week course.  All courses cost £50
