New Courses being added all the time

We run regular early morning classes, monday to thursday from 6.30am. Classes include HiiT30 a high intensity 30 minute work out. Thai Fit BootCamp a circuit based class with the emphesis on Muay Thai style punches and kicks. MST (modified strongman training) a high speed workout using the prowler sled, farmers walk handles and other strongman style equipment
