Prior to the consultation I will assess of your health, diet and health beliefs and nutritional intake. When we meet we discuss my findings and what these mean for your health and I assess your body composition. I also like to explain the research that has been done that relates to your needs so that you can make properly informed choices. Taking all this information into account I will work with you to develop a plan to help manage any unhelpful habits and to improve the quality of your diet. After the consultation I stay in touch via e-mail and Skype to help you overcome any barriers you come up against in order to help you reach your goals. At the final appointment we develop a plan to maintain your healthier lifestyle and eating habits longterm.
