St. Albans Spinal Wellness Centre uses a combination care approach to identify health care problems, gather information, and obtain a solution. The cornerstone of our clinic is spinal care We believe that the first step towards increasing your quality of life begins with a balanced nervous system. Eliminating interference and relieving restriction decreases pain and allows nerve and nutrient information to be transferred efficiently and effectively. We Offer A Variety of Spinal Care Techniques We offer a variety of spinal care techniques and ensure patient comfort and professionalism in all of our disciplines. We are experienced in the Diversified Techniques, Thompson Techniques, Gonstead Techniques, Activator Techniques, Logan Basic, Injury Recall Technique, and Atlas Specific Adjustments. We also use stress tests, pressure tests, orthopedic and neurological tests, as well as some applied kinesiology concepts involving muscle testing to help identify problem areas. We Combine Several Therapeutic & Wellness Techniques In our office we combine several therapeutic and wellness techniques to help relieve pain, increase blood flow, increase lymph flow and increase range of motion in problem areas. To help maintain the balance and structure of your bones and muscles, we have incorporated an active-therapy program. Active-therapy combines massage, stretching, strengthening, and controlled breathing to help maintain overall body stability. Active-therapy helps train muscle groups. This results in an overall increase in posture control which helps maintain spinal structure.
