Key to the success of RoccoPizza is its true,
fresh, Italian flavour.
Our dough is made from the highest grade Italian
pizza flour and is proved for a lengthy 24 to 36 hrs.
This allows yeast to be kept to a tiny amount while
enhancing natural flavours and favouring a healthier
digestion. The oil used, is extra virgin olive oil.
No other fats are used in preparing our pizza.
Only premium, freshly prepared, lean toppings
go on our pizzas with an emphasis on fresh and
added leaves (rocket/baby spinach). Only Italian
mozzarella (fior di latte) is used.
Rigorously, our bases are made by hand and
baked in stone ovens.
