The Prism online service allows our clients to download their programmes sent to them directly by their Prism Fitness personal trainer. For people who just can’t commit to regular gym times, the online service means you can use your bespoke programme whenever YOU are able.
After completing an online questionnaire assessing your goals and exercise/injury history we provide you with a detailed programme tailored specifically towards your targets. All of the exercises will be diagrammed and explained with your sets, reps, rest periods and levels of intensity clearly stated. From there on, you will have access to online support from your trainer should you need any help with your training. At the end of the month, we’ll re-visit those goals and create the next programme to push you forward.
Programmes may be gym based, or designed for outdoors or even for the beach! If you don’t have the time see a trainer, or simply need a little guidance in your already disciplined gym routine then Prism Online will give you the ‘know how’ and motivation to hit your targets.
