Our All-Inclusive maintenance contract allows you peace of mind to knowing that your monthly set fee covers all your daily IT requirements. It is a pro-active service with Genmar acting as your own IT department. Prices are determined from a thorough on site investigation of your infrastructure together with you current and future requirements. We also perform a full asset register of all hardware, software and system status of PC's and servers. This covers all necessary housekeeping tasks ensuring updates and patches are performed when required.
When performing the initial investigation we also allocate an amount of inclusive on site time per month. All remote access is included in the monthly fee. We can also assist where required on supporting Line of Business Applications such as Sage and ACT. The contract is re-evaluated after 3 months and every 6 months. When used in conjunction with our complementary services this allows you to have a single point of contact for all your IT.
Charges are quoted after the free initial on site investigation. They are based on a per PC and per Server per month charge. We also charge per month for all Line of Business Applications and Exchange Server. We allocate you an inclusive period of time per month on site labour as well including all remote access. We review the contract after three months and then every six months. This allows us to continually offer the highest level of service that is also cost effective. When taken in conjunction with our other complementary services this allows us to offer a single point of contact, a one-stop-shop for all your IT needs, allowing you to concentrate on your business
