At Terotest, we recognise the fact that, more often than not, it is the Interface Receiver that determines whether an ATE installation is a success or failure. The ATE Interface Receiver s the main mass interconnection between the ATE and it's removable test fixture, and can be as simple as a series of cable harness connections. Terotest provide a series of interfacing options, including a simple 'one-hit' Din 41612 receiver which is fitted as standard on our 'iTest' systems, a spring pin receiver, Virginia Panel and Mac Panel options and more.
