We will have an initial assessment appointment to assess whether we feel we can work together and an in-depth assessment of the presenting problem. At this point you will be advised how long you could expect to be engaging in psychotherapy. Some situations, people and issues may take longer than others. Psychotherapy can be short or long term but is typically more in-depth than coaching interventions.
