In your coaching sessions we will focus discussions and conversations towards your goals, growth, improvements, effectiveness and actions.
The coaching process will help you focus on what it is you really need to in order to achieve change, transform your life, be happier and reach your goals while having fun along the way.
We appreciate everyone is different, so we will work with you as a unique individual giving you unconditional positive regard whatever you say or choose to do. We look for patterns of thoughts, behaviour, communication, performance and discuss this with you. We will not judge you, although, at times we may offer advice or suggest an alternative approach to a certain aspect or area you are looking to address.
Face to face meeting if possible (telephone or skype/face time if not possible) initially, perhaps more, if applicable and feasible.
Coaching continues via skype, face time or telephone; we can accommodate most methods of communication.
You will lead your time with your specific topics for discussion, goals and objectives, we will in turn, help you focus on:

We sometimes use psychometric testing or questionnaires to gain further insight into how you prefer to operate mentally, behaviourally and emotionally. Other intervention techniques may also be used such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Focused therapy; Three Principles based work or even Hypnotherapy in some cases.
