PVC - Medical Grade

Polyvinyl Chloride - Medical Grade
Application: Peristaltic Pump, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical.
Characteristics: Supple, strong, excellent pumping life, good handling characteristics, low permeability.
Temperature Range: -50 to +74 degrees centigrade.
Sterilizations: Ethylene Oxide, Autoclave.
Hardness: 61 Shore A.
Elongation at Break: 400-470%.
Certification: Meets USP Class VI and BS2463. US Pharmacopoeia Tested and Certified.

PVC - General Purpose
Application: General purpose transmission tubing.
Characteristics: Food grade material, tough.
Temperature Range: -35 to +74 degrees centigrade.
Sterilizations: Ethylene Oxide, Autoclave.
Hardness: 86 Shore A.
Elongation at Break: 320%.
Certification: FDA approved ingredients.

Polyvinyl Chloride (modified) PVC - Solva
Solvent resistant phthalate-free medical grade PVC, highly extraction resistant.
Application: Laboratory and Industrial. For use on peristaltic pumps, with solvent and aromatic oils.
Appearance: Translucent Yellow
Characteristics: Good chemical resistance, excellent pumping life, good handling characteristics, low permeability.

Temperature Range: -50 to +135 degrees centigrade.

Viton - DuPont Viton Fluoroelastomer
Applications: Industrial and Laboratory. Ideal for Fuel and Oil Lines. Aromatic Oils.
Characteristics: Exceptional chemical resistance, excellent flexibility, wide temperature range, good peristaltic pumping characteristics, excellent anti-ageing properties, environmentally tough.
Temperature Range: -20 to +200 degrees centigrade.
Sterilizations: Not recommended.
Hardness: 60 Shore A, 70A on 6mm ID and above.
Elongation at Break: 150-250%.

Neoprene
Polychloroprene - Black Neoprene
Application: General industrial.
Characteristics: Flexible, tough, good anti-ageing properties, high tear resistance.
Temperature Range: -20 to +100 degrees centigrade.
Sterilizations: Not recommended.
Hardness: 50 Shore A +/-5

Polytetrafluoroethylene - High purity PTFE
Application: Pharmaceutical and Industrial application - requiring a stable non-toxic material resistant to most chemicals at a wide temperature range. Corrosive atmosphere installations.
Characteristics: Light, translucent, very stable with most chemicals, very wide temperature range, non-stick properties, non-flammable, pure, low friction.
Temperature: -200 to +280 degrees centigrade.
