Throughout 2015 Belgarum are supporting Trinity Winchester as our charity of the year. So far we've been able to help Trinity Winchester by collecting the food donated from Sainsbury's in Badger Farm and Greggs the baker a couple of times a month. These donations mean that Trinity Winchester do not have to spend any money on fresh fruit, vegetables or desserts. Last month, Sales Negotiator Paul and Marketing Manager Becky, took over the kitchen at Trinity for a day when their resident chef had a day off and they cooked lunch for 50 clients. It all went well and the bolognese that the guys put on seemed to be a hit! We hope to continue this partnership throughout the year so that everyone at Belgarum can get involved. Most recently 6 of the Belgarum team, including Managing Director John Leeson, signed up to sleep rough in Winchester for the night to raise money for Trinity Winchester. John, Paul, Harriet, Olivia, Seanne & Becky had committed to participate in 'The Big Sleep Out 2015' on Friday 8th May. On the morning of the event Donna had the urge to join 'Team Belgarum' (well, she was the only one from the sales office not to be participating..!) to make us a team of 7 for the night. Team Belgarum did so well fighting the wind and rain in The Big #‎sleepoutwinchester last Friday night. It was tough for them but they were also fortunate to be in the beautiful and secure surroundings of Winchester Cathedral grounds with access to WC facilities in the Cathedral throughout the night - something that homeless people can't take advantage of... We've raised over £1,700 from this event to help the great work that Trinity Winchester does and we can't thank people enough for their support. Winchester Churches Nightshelter will also benefit from this event as they will receive 10% of the total funds raised.

Estate Agency Explained - Why agents should perform viewings

Whilst you may know your home better than anyone else, estate agents are far better placed to perform viewings of your home as they have the skills, the training, the knowledge of the market and the experience to identify and focus on those features that are particularly relevant to the wants and needs of the prospective buyer.
