CDM Co-Ordinator/Health and Safety
Roughton provide CDM Co-ordinator services in addition to our design services. This service is offered either in conjunction with our design services or as a separate stand-alone service.
We promote a positive safety culture at all levels within our organisation and we train all staff in basic Health and Safety aspects as well as providing more detailed Health and Safety advice on projects when requested.
All of our staff who visit site regularly have passed the Construction Skills Health and Safety training course and hold current visitor cards. In addition our CDM Co-ordinators hold advanced CSCS cards as ‘Professionally Qualified Persons – Design’.
We monitor all designs for CDM implications and carry out Risk and Hazard assessments as required by the CDM Regulations 2007.
We work within a Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and have recently embarked on an Environmental Management System in accordance with BS 8555. We aim to continuously improve our quality of delivery and we undertake staff training and CPD for all staff to ensure that we are always up to date with Health and Safety aspects of design, technology and construction methods.
