These classes can help you improved well-being during pregnancy; stretch and strengthen your body; prepare your body for birth; develop awareness of your breath to help you in labour; release tension, aches and pains; helps position baby well for labour and birth; bond with your baby before the birth; make new friends and enjoy some time out to 'be' pregnant. 

What we cover: Gentle yoga based exercises for pregnancy; breathing and relaxation.

When and where: Tuesdays, 9.30 to 10.45 in Christchurch, Dorset; Wednesdays, 9.45 - 11am in Parkstone, Poole and 12.30 - 1.45pm in Ringwood, Hampshire.
 
Cost: £28 for 4 consecutive weeks or £8 for an individual class (single class available for your first class or after 36th week of pregnancy).

Suitable from the 14th week of pregnancy. Ideal whether this is your first, second, third or more baby.
