Tribunal responses and advocacy at Employment Tribunals

Should an employee put in a claim against you, how we respond to the claim via the official ET3 document could DELETE determines whether or not the claim actually goes to Tribunal.  Our legally qualified and experienced consultants will complete all legal documentation as required and negotiate with the individual or their Solicitors on your behalf. Should the case be referred to the Employment Tribunal we will handle the entire process for you and represent you at the Tribunal.
