·Choking Casualty

·Unconscious Casualty

·Bleeding

·Heart Attack

·Broken Bones, Muscle and Joint Injuries

·Burns and Scalds

·Eye Injuries, including Irrigation

·Poisons

·Illnesses i.e. Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy

- Personal Hygiene

- Simple Record Keeping

- Contents of First Aid Box

- Purchasing and Ordering Supplies

- Transportation of Casualties

Course Duration

 

Induction Course – 3 Days

Re-qualification – 2 Days

 

Certification

 

On successful completion of this course and assessment, each candidate will receive an HSE approved, nationally recognised certificate of attendance valid for three years
