My expertise is in working with individuals, groups and families to assist them to reduce and eliminate stress by teaching the Emotional Freedom Technique to assist you to have a wellbeing tool to use for 'stress free living'. The Emotional Freedom Technique is a self-help technique that works by a person tapping with their finger tips on some of the acupuncture points (please see web page) and, at the same time, voicing, or visualising their issue causing them concern. This process does change the stress response of the body enabling the person to feel calmer and have more clarity of thought. I offer a single session of EFT and this is to assist a person to calm their immediate stressful emotion, or stressful situation that they are experiencing. To gain the full experience of EFT and for more complex issues, I offer three sessions and recommend that these are used over a span of six weeks to enable me to work with you and to look at any current, or past issues that continue to cause you stress and discomfort.
