Training If you’re looking for more than a regular, routine gym workouts and have an interest in eastern body, mind, spirit fitness, keep reading. If our bodies could choose, they would want to be perfectly balanced. They function best when everything – muscles, tendons, bones – are balanced and as a result are equally healthy and strong. Movements we make throughout our whole lives eventually affect the whole of the musculature. We fall out of balance pretty early on and then spend the rest of our time trying to correct this. I offer the 3 step programme to correct and then using light movements without weights re-train the muscles to move using better alignment. With this method and approach, there is less risk of injury and also more of an effect on the muscles. They work harder to build tone and in a relatively quicker time too. The other benefits are training for longer without problems like lower back pain forcing you to stop. During my 20 years of study of posture, bodywork, fitness, balance and health, I can help you to achieve the body you always wanted with the minimum effort, avoiding injury and tension at all levels.
