Fresh Air Fridays are about creating space for you. Walking with a group in lovely places allows you to connect with your natural environment. They help you relax, think more clearly, and reflect on different aspects of your life. Fresh Air Fridays leave you happier and healthier.
When you join Fresh Air Fridays you are joining a community of like minded people, who understand that looking after yourself in this way is not only good for you, but also for the people you care about.
Sessions start with group coaching; some ideas to think about and reflect on. This is followed by a walk and a chance to discuss what is on your mind with fellow participants. Sessions finish off with some mindfulness relaxation to ensure you come away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Making this time for you makes you much more effective in other areas of your life.
Now when you join our community you can attend any of the walks being run. So for the same price you can go out as many times a month as you choose. Come along and try a session for free if you like it you can then join and come again as often as you want.
