Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 it is an offence for any captive grey squirrel to be released or allowed to escape into the wild making the only form of control lethal. As I do not use poisons I am able to offer trapping or shooting as methods of control, I am very experienced in the handling of firearms and have a 100% safety record.

  •  Live cage trapping
  • Approved spring traps, (Fenn and Springer Mk 4), set in tunnels

  • With a high powered air rifle, a moderated .22 rifle or shotgun as appropriate

Rabbit Control

The rabbits main breeding season is January to July, with an average of 5 per litter the females are able to breed at 3-4 months so it is easy to see how a small problem can escalate if left unchecked. Rabbits damage trees, gardens and crops, the burrows in their warrens can undermine trees and buildings and their latrine scrapes damage the ground.
