 Book a 1 hour session can be used as a one off advisory service for weight loss, or as and when you want further advice and quidance. The session will be used to assess your current diet and eating habits, discuss your goals and carry out relevant health screening. From this you will receive a personal nutritional programme and advice to enable you to reach your goal Prior to consultation you will be required to keep an exercise and diet diary for 1 week to aid in your assessment.
