Fife Nature Records Centre (FNRC) is the local nature records centre for Fife and aims to gather all of the existing information on wildlife in Fife in a 'one-stop-shop'.Fife Nature Records Centre has a vital role to play in nature conservation by making the information available to all those who can help to protect Fife's wildlife. FNRC hold a huge amount of information about Fife’s animals, plants, habitats and important sites. This information is put to good use by: • Informing planning applications. • Contributing to local and national wildlife projects. • Contributing to local and national research. • Helping to shape local and national policy on wildlife protection
