3 Session Taster Do you want to make changes to your life, but at the moment you’re not ready to commit to a long term programme? Then this could be perfect for you! At the end of the 3 sessions you will: Have a list of achievable goals for the future Know your fitness and abilities Receive a one hour exercise session specific to your abilities and goals Receive a personalised 4 week activity/exercise plan for you to follow on your own Know what changes you need to make to your diet to improve your health and energy levels Receive all the email and telephone support and advice you need over a one month period In the first session We will discuss your goals and where you would like help from me. Then we will go through your medical history, check your blood pressure and lung capacity and any other measurements that you would like recorded and go through a fitness/ability test that is appropriate to your health. I will give you a five day food diary which is to be returned to me at the next session In the second session You will receive a tailored exercise session that is appropriate to your goals, abilities and health. This will have been designed following the tests and discussions from the previous session. In the third session We will discuss your diet and where changes need to be made to help you reach your goals. We will also go through your 4 week training plan that you are able to follow on your own and your 3 month lifestyle change plan.
