Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for new and existing buildings from Essex EPC Company

Essex EPC Company provides the Energy Performance Certificates required by law when selling or letting a property.  Previously part of the HIP, which was abolished in May this year, the EPC has been retained as pat of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and therefore reduce energy bills.

The EPC not only shows the current energy usage for heating, lighting and hot water, but also shows the potential reduction and the most cost effective means of reaching the target.

If you are planning to build a new home or wish to extend your existing home, an energy assessment will be required for Building Regulations Approval.  Please contact us for further details.
