Osteopaths treat many physical symptoms such as back and neck pain, joint problems, soft tissue injuries, sports and RTA injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis / golfer's elbow, arthritic pain and lots more.
Osteopaths rely on their well developed sense of touch and observation, along with a detailed case history, to diagnose your health problem. We are happy to work with your doctor or any other health professional that is treating you but you don't have to have a referral.
Osteopathic treatment is done by hand, using stretching, massaging or pressure over different parts of your body. Sometimes joints are manipulated, which can cause a click or popping sound. This isn't usually painful but you may have some temporary soreness after treatment - rather like when you go to the gym for the first time.
