The five elements present in our natural world are Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. They are not found merely around us but also within us, and yoga helps us to connect with them both spiritually and physically. Find out how, and why this is important, at the Beyond Sound Yoga Autumn Workshop. Knowledge of the tattwas (elements) is one of the most important keys to health and happiness. Join me to learn how to restore health by bringing the five elements of your being into a harmonious relationship with each other, and discover the transformational powers of activating the five elements within our energy body. In this workshop we will experience a short yoga sequence, designed to invoke each of the elements, followed by an examination of the relationships between the elements, and a detailed focus on each element in turn. 'Yoga & The Elements' includes physical yoga practice, discussion and yoga philosophy. Beginners welcome. Booking essential. This workshop takes place at 2pm on Saturday 18th October 2014 at Moulsham Mill, Parkway, Chelmsford, CM2 7PX. Tickets are £30, including a gluten-free cake!
